Job Advice Agency
We are a Job Advice Agency, for more than 6 years we have been successfully recruiting high-level specialists to the staff of our partners. Our focus is IT, our job vacancies are: developers, managers, marketers and C Level. We are currently looking for a recruiter.
What will be the tasks:
- search for relevant candidates for prepared vacancies in our database and specialized social. networks, messengers, mail, etc.;
-conducting video interviews with candidates regarding vacancies;
-preparation of candidate data for entry into the database;
p>-reporting on KPIs;
-monthly implementation of plans for closing vacancies.
We expect from you:
p>-experience in recruiting from 6 months or more;
-competent written and oral communication;
-knowledge of English from Upper-intermediate level;
p>-desire to develop;
-organization and desire for self-education (it will be necessary to have a deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks and libraries, positions and roles in IT companies);
-responsibility and focus on the result;
-ability to work with several tasks at the same time;
-not afraid of difficult tasks;
-willingness to learn.
