Junior/Middle QA Engineer (Support) in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems - a full-cycle Ukrainian company working from idea generation and R&D to mass production and sales.

We do everything: we produce physical devices (the system consists of many different sensors and hubs), we develop firmware for them, the server part and release mobile applications.

This is an opportunity to become part of a team that works on integration streaming video into the Ajax ecosystem. You will work with mobile applications that interact with both the backend and physical devices.

This job requires you to be able to research complex issues.
 

Tasks:

- together with the team to make a quality product and maintain it;

- create and maintain quality test documentation;

- help in troubleshooting and root cause analysis;

- cooperation with team members to achieve the best results (developers, BA, QA of other teams).
 

Knowledge and skills required :

- Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies;

- understanding of client-server architecture;

- understanding of the OSI model;

p>- understanding of the version control system (git) and its principles;

- knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS;

- strong technical mindset and analytical thinking;

- high attention to details;

- creative approach to testing;

- initiative.
 

Will be a plus:

- Experience with video testing;

- experience with embedded projects;

- basic knowledge of radio electronics.

- Kibana;

- SQL, KQL etc;
