Product Owner in our team will deal with the following tasks:
Product development: forming a vision and strategy for its development.
Sprints: joint formation, updating the backlog, primary prioritization of tasks and bugs.
Product metrics: working with analytics to measure performance and make decisions.
Issue cycle: organization of the entire process of product issuance and ensuring effective returns.
Financial and volume indicators: monitoring and control of their implementation.
Market analysis: study of product performance, indicators and competitors, study of directions for growth.
Communication: organizing meetings, coordinating participants, providing feedback and analyzing feedback from internal customers for improvement.
Process analytics: flow study, preparation of proposals for process optimization and implementation of ideas.
Documentation: preparing and updating technical tasks, accompanying materials, updating documents on the website.
Interacting with IT: setting tasks, controlling sprint statuses, accepting demos and agreeing on revisions.
The filter for this position will be:
2 years of experience as a Product Owner;
Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodology;
High focus on teamwork;
The ability to break down tasks and ideas into components for their effective implementation;
Proficiency in Englishat a level no lower than Intermediate;
Ability to analyze processes and products from different points of view, identify weaknesses and opportunities for growth.
Willingness to take responsibility for the financial result and result.
