Junior/Middle Product Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

An international digital holding with more than 10 years of experience and a team around the world is looking for an energetic Junior/Middle Product Manager who is ready to become the engine of product development. If you like to research, analyze and improve - we have space for your ideas!

Your tasks:

• Conduct market and competitor research to better understand where the product is going;
• formulate hypotheses, launch features, analyze the results and propose how to make it even better;
• look at the product through the eyes of the user, notice weak points and propose, how to do better;
• set clear tasks for the team: user stories, business requirements, test cases - everything so that everyone knows what they are doing and why;

You are our candidate if you:

• Know how to think and want to understand what works, how and why;
• you don't wait for them to tell you what to do - you find it yourself way;
• you have basic knowledge about hypotheses, features, product analytics (even from courses or pet projects);
• you know how to use Google and you are not afraid of the word “analytics”;
  your English level is not lower than A2.
