Junior/Middle Data Analyst in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst for one of our new of businesses - Liven.
 

Liven is a company that creates products for forming healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains. we have found unit-economy, profitability and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his field, everything depends only on you and your ambitions.
 

What tasks await you in the role of Marketing Analyst:
—Analysis of advertising traffic performance, generating hypotheses and implementing solutions to improve ad performance;
— Finding potential growth opportunities for business by analyzing data and turning it into valuable insights;
— Improvement of conversion of marketing funnels based on metrics and results of split tests;
—Automation of analytics process and creation of dashboards for various stakeholders;
—Implementation of solutions for automation and optimization of processes in marketing;
—Research of market trends and competitors. 
 

What is important for us:
—Knowledge of mathematics and statistics;
—Confident command of SQL, BI tools (Tableau), Excel/ Google Sheets;
—Strong analytical skills, well-developed critical thinking and communication skills;
—Ability not to lose sight of the big picture while delving into details;
—Ability to learn quickly and achieve results;
— English level from B1.

Will be a plus:
—Experience in conducting A/B tests;
—Experience with Python, Git;
—Understanding marketing metrics and the relationships between them.
