Junior/Middle Data Analyst in Vbet Ukraine

We are VBET Ukraine, a licensed bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the international brand VBET, which has been actively working on the Ukrainian market since 2020.

VBET Ukraine became the first company in Ukraine to receive all three licenses for conducting online gambling games from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries.

Now we are looking for Junior/Middle Data Analyst who will help us make business decisions based on data, optimize processes and find new growth points.

What we expect from a future colleague:

• Commercial work experience in analytics from 1 year;

• Understanding of product and business metrics (conversion rate, retention, ARPU, LTV etc.);

• Practical knowledge of SQL (BigQuery);

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.);

• Python skills;

• Fluency in Excel and Google Sheets;

• English level - A2 - B1.

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Collection, processing and analysis of large amounts of data from various sources;

• Development of dashboards and analytical insights that help to see the full picture and make decisions faster;

• Identification of growth points and preparation of recommendations to increase conversions and of income;

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of retention campaigns and preparation of reports based on key indicators;

• Optimization of Customer Support analytics — finding bottlenecks, improving processes and reporting;

• Conducting ad-hoc analyzes of business or product requests.

Will plus:

• Experience in building DBT models and working with GIT
