Accompany implementation, write user guides and make demos for users. WHAT YOU NEED: Experience from 1 year in the role of IT-BA or several years in related perspectives (BI, BPM) or close to them. Orientation in JIRA/Confluence. Be able to analyze processes, process modeling (we use BPMN in the project). Proficient in using Excel.
