Junior Media Planner in MixDigital

We are looking for a Junior Media Planner in the team.

Your main tasks:

• Form effective, high-quality and business-oriented entry-level media plans based on the brief/goals and business the client in the specified terms;
• Learn how to prepare high-quality arguments for the selected tools;
• Understand how to choose the most effective tools and formats for solving advertising campaign tasks;
• Help in the preparation of reports and post-buy presentations;
• Learn to analyze the results of advertising campaigns, as well as prepare recommendations for further activities;
• Completing reports according to the results of current advertising campaigns, and filling in data on local placements;
• Create counters in tracking systems;
• Communicate with contractors.

Hard skills:

• You have an analytical mindset.
• You know the basics of marketing;
• You understand the basic principles of advertising on the Internet and want to develop in this direction. Without hints, you know what CPR, CPM, CPI, TA Share, Real User, Internet advertising purchase models and other specialized terms are;
• You confidently work with Microsoft Office (confident user of Excel and Power Point) and Google Spreadsheet.

Soft skills:

• Do you want to work in a team that not only plans advertising campaigns, but also works to make them as effective as possible.
• Ready (a) to be responsible for the quality of the final product, critically approach processes and constantly work on their improvement.
• Able to set priorities and plan independently work.
• You approach work responsibly and proactively. You have high communication skills.

It will be an advantage:

• You have knowledge of Google/Facebook audience types and practical skills in working with audiences - formation and selection.
• 2. You have certificates: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics.
