Your main responsibilities:

• Launching and setting up advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads.

• Effectiveness analysis, optimization of bids and audiences.

• Collection and working with creatives (banners, videos, texts).

• Monitoring indicators: CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS and other key metrics.

• Testing different approaches, hypotheses and advertising formats.

• Maintaining daily reports and recording results.

• Data collection for scaling advertising campaigns.

• Collaboration with a team of designers, content specialists and analysts.

We expect from you:

• Desire to learn and be passionate about the topic of digital advertising.

• Attention, analytical thinking and quick reaction.

• Level of PC user, basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Willingness to work in the office and complete tasks on time.

• Responsibility, punctuality and desire to develop.

• We consider candidates without experience, students and people who want to master a new profession.

The advantage will be:

• Understanding what is CTR/CPA/conversion.

• Experience in running advertising (even minimal or educational).

• Interest in marketing, user psychology and the digital world.
