Junior Media Buyer | Targetologist (Meta, TikTok) in Titan Aff Company

We are a performance marketing team thatbuilds affiliate networks and massive funnels for clients around the world. Our focus is results, analytics, flexibility and speed of decision-making. We work with e-com, gambling, investment projects, edtech and complex legal products.

The priority is lead generation

Currently looking for a specialist Junior level. Preferably remotely
(Kyiv is a plus, but not necessary)

Schedule: MON-FRI from 10:00 to 19:00
Saturday-Sunday - to be in touch (only regarding important issues/tasks).

We are not just looking for a target analyst, but a specialist who knows how to think in business categories, understands funnels, tests.

Responsibilities:

• Creating/maintaining advertising accounts of the project;
• Working with company/project resources;
• Launching and scaling advertising campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram)/TikTok- Constant A/B testing of hypotheses, audiences, creatives (especially videos);
• Creating uncomplicated creatives and communication with designers (static, video and site);
• Analysis of funnels, application cost/traffic quality/payback and finding growth points;
• Full responsibility for your campaign — from launch to result;
• Reporting.

Must-have:

Experience in running ads with TikTok will also be a plus;

anti-detectors/proxies;

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets;

- Ability to analyze, test, work for results;

- Ability to put TK on video/statics, work with Figma, if necessary independently create creatives (statics/videos);

- High organization, attention to details and the ability to work inomandi.

 Nice to have:
-Experience in complex niches: gambling, finance, investment products;
- Understanding funnels, CPL, LTV, ROI, payback.

Decent and timely salary:

Junior— 15k - 20k UAH (test period), after— 30k - 40k UAH">Middle— 30k - 60k UAH (test period), after —70k - 80k UAH
Senior — 40k - 70k UAH (test period), after — 100k UAH+
