Junior Marketing Specialist | Email Marketer (possible without experience) in EMRG Capital

We are looking for a Junior Email Marketing Specialist , who is not afraid of challenges and seeks to develop in the field of email marketing. We consider candidates without experience, but with a strong desire to gain valuable experience and training under the mentorship of an experienced professional. In 2023, we sent more than one million emails in three languages ​​and plan to increase this number next year.

Who are we?

Our team consists of young, capable and purposeful people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Great Britain, etc. There are about fifty of us and we are a completely remote team.

We are hiring only top 5% of candidates, but those who join our team receive systematic training, resources and a level of responsibility that is hard to find elsewhere in the market. The average age of managers in our company is 25 years old, the youngest is only 18.

We we focus on attracting and developing talented people at the junior level, or without experience at all. We managed to build mentoring systems, i.eand internal training, which are more detaileddescribed here.

• Participation in the development and launch of weeklyemail campaigns using automation services
Working with audiences foremail-campaign: creation, design, launch, segmentation and sorting
• Working with databases and lists of leads for email campaigns
• Writing texts for small volumesemails (for example, an invitation to an event or presentation)
• Preparation of briefs for designers and copywriters
• Text grammar check foremails
• Creating layouts for print versions emails
• Working with a large number of such digital tools as: Reply.io, Mailchimp, Figma, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Salesforce, Typeform
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of email campaigns, development and implementation of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of email marketing
• Cooperation with the marketing team and contractors (translators, copywriters, proofreaders, designers)

Our ideal candidate:

• Has Upper-Intermediate and above written and spoken English
• Extremely attentive to detail and has a visual taste
• Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understands the latest digital marketing trends
• Communicative and able to work in a team
• Quick learner and constantly developing
• Has a flexible and structured approach to solving problems
• Has developed analytical abilities
• Able to give and accept constructive criticism

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in email marketing and its automation tools
• Previous experience in marketing
• Experience in content management systems
• Previous experience working with databases

What we offer:

• Remote position
• Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday
• Full-time employment (30-40 hours per week)
• Hourly rate from $2 (depends on test results, previous experience and English level)
