Junior Marketing Specialist in Helpware

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services with offices in the USA, Mexico, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses.

We are growing and have an open position as a Junior Marketing Specialist.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level)
• Analytical mindset is vital
• Data input and workload tracking experience using Google Sheets
• Fast-paced and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation
• Experience working with CRM systems will be a plus.
• Experience using Facebook’s advertising, Campaign Manager (DoubleClick), and/or Google Ads will be a plus
• Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics basic skills will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Performance Managers on client end to ensure successful setup and the go-live of new clients onto the client’s proprietary advertising products.
• Review and effectively close client cases within Salesforce CRM system
• Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity.
• Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware.
