Junior Marketing Project Manager

Coordinating and managing the project of production, distribution, analysis, and data-driven iteration of UX Magazine website content/articles, social media channels, newsletters, and the Invisible Machines podcast in collaboration with OneReach.ai . Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align on the continually evolving editorial vision for the magazine, podcast, and programming.

Who are we looking for?

• A keen eye for detail, unusually balanced by cool, calm confidence and ability to go with the flow — always having a plan and sticking to it, while constantly iterating on it as you get new data
• 0.5–2 years of experience managing projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Ability to manage the team with project deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Genuine enthusiasm for the highly sought-after opportunity to work in close collaboration with UX Magazine and OneReach.ai teams

Nice to have:

• Basic familiarity with core tenets of marketing, including social, public relations, email, paid media, SEO, content, or analytics
• Familiarity and or excitement for AI, UX design principles and technology trends
• Skills for directly contributing to content creation — not just coordinating and planning content, but also creating it: writing and/or design skills.

In this job, you will:

• Assist the marketing team and work closely with the leaders in our company (development, design, sales, etc)
• Work with the management system
• Follow and listen for news related to UX, AI, Conversational Design;
• Curate UX Magazine: finding the articles, scheduling/content planning, and posting articles (WordPress)
• Work with analytics: track traffic, and analyze data for website and social media analytics;
• Podcast Coordination from idea to launch;
