We are steadily increasing capacity and, accordingly, the team. We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager. Tasks: Processing requests from marketers for payment of services Creating payment requests and other documents in 1C for payment of services Conducting the process of paying for services, prompt updating, providing feedback to marketers regarding the status of payments Setting tasks for the legal department, for signing of contracts for the provision of services Management of the department's document flow (organization of the exchange of primary and contractual documentation, preparation of orders and estimates) Ordering of devices at the request of marketers Administrative and informational support of marketers Participation in the construction of administrative processes and procedures of the department. Requirements: Knowledge of 1C, practical work skills Confident user of Google Docs English language — pre intermediate. Responsibility. Attention to detail. Analytical mindset.
