We continue to develop, so we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join the team, who is ready to promote Ukrainian products all over the world with us.

• You will have the opportunity to work with applications in different categories, manage significant budgets and develop in an environment where freedom of action and a creative approach to solving problems are valued.
• You will work in a team of driven and expert like-minded people, generate ideas and implement them, exchange knowledge and experience with colleagues from different departments.
• We have strong expertise in creating mobile applications from scratch and promoting them. Everyone in the team can propose their product ideas and if they are economically viable, we will start working on them.
• You will immerse yourself in the dynamic field of performance marketing and attract users from all over the world - we will help with training and adaptation, because this is how all other team members started.

What is important for cooperation:

• From 1 year of experience as a marketer, analyst, auditor, consultant (BIG4, FMCG) or other positions related to data analysis;
• Experience with Google Ads will be a plus, but not mandatory;
• Analytical abilities, developed critical thinking;
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate + level;
• Confident level of work with Excel/Google Sheets;
• Ability to effectively organize own work process;
• Cool track record from current/previous places of work;
• Proactivity, willingness to propose and discuss ideas;
• Desire and willingness to grow and develop quickly.

What will be the tasks:

• Launch, analysis and evaluation of the results of advertising campaigns, their optimization in Google Ads;
• Generate hypotheses and test them to improve primary KPIs;
• Market and competitor analysis to determine the most effective approaches;
• Close interaction with product, analytical and creative teams;
• Finding additional growth points for the product by testing various marketing hypotheses.

Kiss My Apps is part of the Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary supplies for some units of the Armed Forces.
