Junior Marketing Manager in Esto

Hello! ContactISTO is a Ukrainian design and architectural studio.

We implement projects in Ukraine, UAE and Europe, thereby bringing our joint victory closer by developing Ukrainian business on the international market and in Ukraine. We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Kyiv. Your role will be include:

- Preparation of projects for competitions: research, filling out applications, design of materials, coordination with the team of architects.

- Assisting the marketing director and PR manager: organizational support, task coordination, documentation management, communication with contractors.

- Briefing designers: setting tasks for visual materials, agreeing deadlines, checking results.

- Working with studio projects: basic understanding of ISTO architectural cases, knowledge of main projects and the ability to present them.

- Preparation of presentations and media materials: creation of presentations for competitions, partners, performances and internal purposes.

- Search for references: help in shaping the visual direction of the brand, researching modern trends in design, architecture, art.

Who we are looking for:

- A person with innate taste, aesthetic vision and love to architecture and design.

- Organized, responsible, with a deep sense of context. You should not just perform tasks, but feel what is behind each idea.

- Someone who quickly learns about processes, knows how to see the whole picture and at the same time is not afraid of routine tasks.

- A person who is not afraid of pace - because ISTO is a dynamic environment where we constantly create new things.

- Someone whoreads quickly and wants to grow into a PR or marketing manager in the field of architecture and design.

What is important to us:

- Basic understanding of marketing, PR or communications.

- Knowledge of PowerPoint / Keynote, Google Slides, basic graphic tools (Figma, Canva or Adobe).

- English - intermediate level and above.
