Your project: Taimi . It is one of the largest fully inclusive LGBTQ+ dating apps. It has been carefully designed to allow you to explore your sexuality and romantic preferences. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, LP, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.

You will:

● Create design for advertising creatives in the perspective of Performance Marketing: create advertising creatives (static, video, UGC, AI, and more) for social networks like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
● Participate in brainstorms, analyze the results of creative tests: we focus on metrics and do a lot of analysis together with marketers and creative producers, but we do not limit ourselves to bold ideas and think that a bad idea is it's just the one they were embarrassed to voice;
● Work in an experienced creative team that will help you realize your ideas: with us you can implement the boldest decisions and develop in a friendly and ambitious team;
● Get the results of your work quickly: creatives created by you will be tested daily and will be seen by thousands of users, and you will be able to see the measurable success of your work every day;
● Develop professionally and career: we are actively developing, so you will find many opportunities for development. It all depends on you!

From you:

● From 6 months of experience in a company or from 1 year as a freelancer in creating creatives, videos for social networks, posters for SMM, etc.;
● Portfolio - relevant works in static and motion design;
● Practical experience of working with After Effects and with graphic editors Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator;
● Proactivity, structure, openness, flexibility and the ability to work with feedback;
● The ability to effectively allocate your working time and meet deadlines;
● The level of English from Intermediate and the willingness to improve the level;
● Basic skills of working with AI software (image generation, working with voice acting, etc.).
