Using the desktop application, any user can configure Ajax Hub and sensors in just a few steps. Without the simplicity, comprehensibility and stability of the application, the user experience of working with the Ajax security system and smart home devices would not have reached today's level. We want every home to be safe and reliable, and alarms to be technological, stylish and easy to use. Therefore, we are looking for new testers who will only help to increase the turnover! What is technically interesting about the vacancy? You will have to test the desktop version of the Ajax Pro application, which is responsible for the installation, servicing of our equipment and monitoring of alarms at the facilities. With its help, the user can quickly connect and configure devices, remotely adjust system parameters, and process incidents. Every screen of PRO Desktop embodies the idea of ​​efficiency. Flexible event and object filtering allows an engineer to administer hundreds of thousands of security systems in a single application. Facility alarms are aggregated into an incident, making it easier for the operator to assess what is happening and increase the speed of response. What are the tasks? Thoroughly understand the structure of the system; improve the quality of mobile and server applications; ui-ux testing (communication with designers and business analysts) not only to find bugs, but also with the help of logs and external manifestations to find out the reasons for incorrect behavior systems; a lot of investing and troubleshooting; analyzing TK requirements; validating the system for functional and non-functional requirements; improving the quality of the system as a whole; writing checklists, test cases, test plans. What are we looking for in a candidate? Technical background; experience in testing mobile applications ; experience working with logs; understanding of client-server architecture, knowledge of test design techniques and their practical use; ability to qualitatively describe a bug report and manage the life cycle of a bug; work with version control systems (Git); work with JIRA, Confluence, Testrail.
