As a Manual QA Engineer at LeanyLabs, you’ll be an integral part of a team focused on maintaining the highest quality standards for web applications submitted to a high-profile client’s marketplace. Your role will involve detailed review processes, direct communication with app creators, and collaboration with a team of skilled QAs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in manual QA
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2+)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in reviewing web applications for functionality, usability, and security
• Ability to communicate effectively with app creators and provide constructive feedback
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Will be a bonus

• Experience in working with digital marketplaces
• Familiarity with security best practices in web applications
• Knowledge of agile methodologies

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Thoroughly reviewing and testing web applications submitted to the marketplace
• Communicating directly with app creators to point out errors and suggest improvements
• Collaborating with a team of QAs for peer learning and continuous improvement
• Participating in security checks for the applications
• Engaging in mentoring sessions and learning opportunities
