Junior Linkbuilder/Outreach (German) in Jooble

The main product of the company is a job search site, which is used by about 25 million users in 67 countries of the world every month: both employers and searchers. In addition, Jooble is developing an ecosystem of related products and investing in employment-related startups through the Jooble Venture Lab.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• you speak German B1+
• work experience with native speakers (will be an advantage); >
• you know how to find an approach to everyone and are able to explain complex things in simple words;
• ready for daily monotonous work (search and analysis of sites);
• ready to actively search sites and write them cold letters from a proposal for cooperation;
• you learn quickly and have the ability to work with large amounts of information.

What will your working day look like? You will:

• Search and analyze websites using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and email cold letters to these sites;
• Daily searching for sites and writing cold letters to them (sites) with a proposal for cooperation and handling objections from sites for the result and achievement of CRI;
• Correspond with partners using various services (Email, Linkedln, etc.) and actively offer cooperation on placing links;
• Join online meetings and presentations with interested partners and attend team meetings;
• Independently engage in the search for new outreach strategies and opportunities for the implementation of posgoals.

What does the work schedule look like?

• 8-hour working day (Sat, Sun and public holidays);
• You can independently choose the time for the lunch break, it lasts 1 hour;
• You can also start the working day at a time convenient for you - from 8 to 11 in the morning.
• You choose the format yourself work: remotely or in the office.

How does the training take place and what does it consist of?

• Education takes place online, lasts 1 month, paid;
• The format is video lectures and GoogleMeet meetings with our trainer;
• Access to ongoing support from our trainers.

All employees have a choice — to work in the office, remotely or to mix. Some Jooble employees live abroad and work remotely or from the office in Limassol or Warsaw. And those who live in Ukraine sometimes visit the offices in Kyiv, Lutsk.

Flexible working hours

An 8-hour working day, the start time of which you can choose yourself. For us, the result is important, not the number of hours spent at the workplace.

Education

We compensate for training costs: professional courses, webinars, languages. If our colleague chooses professional training that will help him improve his work results, the company is ready to reimburse 100% of its cost.

Medical insurance for everyone who works for more than 3 months at Jooble. For colleagues who are abroad, financial support is provided for medical expenses.

Compensation for consultations with psychologists of the well-being service with which Jooble cooperates, or 50% of the payment for the services of a psychologist chosen by the employee himself.

Vacation and Sick Leave
