SKELAR is a venture builder, which builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
We are currently looking for a Junior Linkbuilder to Howly!
We have 4 powerful products operating in international markets:
1. Global platform for legal solutions: We make legal services simple, fast and accessible to everyone - we digitize legal processes so that people around the world can easily get support.
2. Intelligent document automation: Eliminate routine - our product makes working with documents significantly easier so users can focus on more important tasks.
3. Career growth platform: We help people grow - the platform opens opportunities for career development: from resumes to career advice, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.
4. Technical talent marketplace:We connect technical experts with those who seek their expertise - a marketplace where experts and users quickly find each other. We are growing fast, moving with a clear business logic and building a company that is great to work for today and want to stay for a long time. We have launched 4 products in 4+ years and are actively scaling. During this time, we have grown to 300+ people in the team, and we are building products for users of global markets. We provide quality and accessible customer service 24/7 and continue to grow.
What challenges await our Linbuilder:
Analysis and research:
— Backlink audit of own domain and competitors (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.);
— Determination of priority types of links and donors (guest posts, mentions, reviews, lists);
Search and selection of donors:
- Search for relevant sites with high authority (DR);
- Formation and support of the database of potential donors (CRM or Google Sheets);
Outreach and communication:
— Creation of email campaigns: personalized templates, A/B testing (if necessary);
—Negotiations with editors, bloggers, site owners;
—Communication support until the moment of placing the link.
Quality control and efficiency:
— Check received links for relevance, quality and indexing status;
— Detection and removal of potentially toxic links (Disavow if necessary);
Analysis of competitors:
—Analysis of the link profile of competitors;
—Search, testing new opportunities for obtaining quality links and improving processes;
Content interaction:
—Coordinating content with the guest content team publications;
—Preparation of briefs for texts, infographics or research;
Working with platforms:
—Promotion on review sites and listings;
—Monitoring company profiles on third parties platforms;
Management:
— Setting tasks for outsourced link builders and monitoring their execution (if necessary); font-weight: 400">Automation:
— Work with outreach automation tools (BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Snov.io, etc.
— Weekly/monthly reports on the number and quality of links received;
— Calculation of key KPIs: donor DR, responses, successful placements, average link value, etc.
What is important to us:
—Experience in link building from 1 year;
—Experience in Western markets; B1;
—Ability to work with AI tools;
