Howly is a Ukrainian startup in the ecosystem of multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We aim to revolutionize the field of online consulting and are actively working on a platform that will make this possible. We are currently looking for a Legal Support Specialist who will carry out the most responsible mission - to provide legal assistance to our users in online chat and to help them solve their problems.

Responsibilities:

—Respond to customer inquiries regarding legal issues via online chat;
—Consult and solve customer queries by providing expert answers;
- Research regulations, laws and legal articles to assist in providing general legal information and create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.
— Accept about 3 chats per shift (simultaneous);
—Follow all necessary instructions to ensure quality service;
—Work in Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowledge of this software will be a plus;
—Monitor new requests with the same priority during a change.

Requirements:

— Diploma in Ukrainian law or international law (students 4+ years of university are also considered);
—At least 6 months of work experience in a Ukrainian law firm (will be a plus);
— Excellent knowledge of legal English (B2+) in writing and professionally;
- Willingness to work from home, have the necessary support for this.
