🎯 Job Description: Are you a proactive individual with a knack for engaging potential clients on LinkedIn? We’re looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to manage multiple profiles, analyse leads, and drive our lead generation efforts. 💪 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4-8 already enforced LinkedIn profiles
  • Engage with and analyse leads to convert them into clients
  • Build contact databases for LinkedIn campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts
  • Maintain CRM with lead information and coordinate with sales
  • Participate in marketing activities as needed

😎 KPIs:

  1. Response time to leads: 1 business day
  2. Zero missed emails
  3. Timely follow-ups with added leads
  4. Minimum of 10 booked calls per month during the probation period (increasing post-probation)

📚 Requirements:

  • English proficiency (B2+)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • IT experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience in service industries
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn
  • Proactive attitude
