An IT company in Poznań is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist. We specialize in mobile applications but also create complex web and IoT solutions. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone interested in the technology industry and with some experience in it, as well as someone who wants to develop a career in sales. We know that selling software is not easy, so we want to have a person on board who likes challenges, is creative, and for whom the word "impossible" does not exist.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, Clutch, phone);
  • Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of actions and campaigns using dedicated tools;
  • Market analysis and adapting campaigns to current requirements and trends;
  • Identifying and classifying leads based on potential sales opportunities;
  • Competitive analysis and market research;
  • Creating and moderating sales campaigns.

Our requirements:

  • Fluent in English or German at an advanced level;
  • Quick thinker with a willingness to learn quickly;
  • High communication and organizational skills;
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data;
  • Experience in sales and/or the technology industry is welcome;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is welcome;
