We seek a Junior Lead Generation Specialist adept at identifying potential clients and nurturing leads in a high-energy startup environment. We will start with the Ukrainian market and move on to the EU and Nordic regions.
 

🌱You Have/Are:

• Experience or theoretical knowledge in lead generation strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and lead tracking processes.
• Upper Intermediate proficiency in English.
• A proactive learner, ready to quickly adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.
• Enthusiasm for joining a forward-thinking startup and contributing to innovative projects.
   

🎨Will Be a Plus:

• Prior success in sales roles or cold-message experience.
• Knowledge of lead qualification and pipeline management.
   

✍️Typical Tasks:

• Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, mainly LinkedIn.
• Maintain and manage communication with prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance lead generation processes.
