Junior Lead Generation Manager in Grodas GROUP

We are a Ukrainian company, Grodas, specializing in Shopify app and store development and support.

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Lead Generation Manager to join our team.

Consider candidates without experience but with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field, and good English skills.

Responsibilities:
— English Proficiency: B1-B2;
— Monitoring of job search sites;
— Search for new sites with potential leads;
— Search for company-relevant leads;
— Processing and analysis of requirements of found job posts;
— Writing individual letters for each job post;
— Conducting negotiations in correspondence with potential clients;
— Bringing clients to a meeting (call);
— Organization of meetings (calls) for the Sales Manager;
— Conduct research and formalize a DB for outreach through LinkedIn with post correspondence;
— Reporting of completed work in Google Sheets;
— Creating profiles for new employees on job search sites;
— Update of existing profiles and CVs of employees;
— Analysis of competitors;
— Work with the CRM system;
— Reporting to the Sales Manager and negotiate/initiate new sales strategies;
— Maintain contact with the team to obtain the necessary information for work.
