Junior lawyer, IT law in Innoware

Therefore, we are currently expanding our legal department and are inviting an active specialist to the position of Junior Lawyer. Our Shin-house legal department is small, but growing, so you will be able to take an active part in its development, in building processes, and come up with ideas and proposals. Our expectations :Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in a law firm or in the company's legal department (in-house). It will be an advantage if you have experience in IT. Knowledge of languages: English – Intermediate or higher, with the ability to work with documents and information in English. Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language. Education: complete higher legal education or final courses (master's degree). Professional knowledge: knowledge of the basics of civil, economic, contract law and legislation. It will be a plus - basic knowledge of intellectual property law in general and copyright law in particular. Personal qualities: analytical thinking, attention to details, punctuality, sociability, openness to new knowledge. Career plans: desire to build an in-house career - in the legal department not a legal company. Your key tasks for the first time: Preparation of contracts with clients, partners and other counterparties - Ukrainian and foreign. Ensuring contractual document flow. Legislation analysis and preparation of legal opinions on the company's activities.
