Responsibilities: —managing the Contract management system; —preparing and reviewing contracts; —monitoring the contract lifetime cycle; —creating tasks for finance topay invoices; —sending claims todebtors, drafting comments and proposals for contracts; —research laws, regulations and industry best practices toprovide accurate and timely advice. Ifyou wish: —drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts, including software licenses, service agreements and supplier contracts; —assistance inprotecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights and patents. Requirements: —atleast 6months experience inIT law; —knowledge oflabor, corporate, and intellectual property law; —excellent communication and written English knowledge (atleast Upper- Int. level); —attention todetail and ability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
