We are currently looking for a Compliance Specialist for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team focusing on marketing compliance and compliance with regulatory requirements of Tier-1 geographies (USA, EU, UK, etc.).

— Creation of an internal Marketing Compliance Rulebook with basic rules and clarifications regarding the policies of the main marketing platforms;

—Implement the next level of compliance and risk management in our relationships with third parties and content creators.

Our ideal profile:

- Previous professional experience (including internal) in technologicalsector (marketplaces, B2C platforms, etc.) and/or digital marketing sector;

—Participation in international moot courts;

— Expertise in US and EU consumer protection law, commercial law (eg FTC Act, ROSCA, CAN-SPAM ACT, OMNIBUS Directive, etc.);

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charitable initiative "SKELAR Foundation" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
