We invite you to participate in the internship program for the position: "Junior specialist in labor regulation": Participation in the development of technically justified norms of labor costs according to specific production and technical conditions, according to the types of work performed by the company's employees; analysis of the state of standardization, the degree of justification and tension of standards; establishment of time (production) standards for one-time and additional work; verification of current labor standards with the aim of identifying outdated and erroneously established standards; calculation and analysis the number of workers according to the actual time worked; carrying out photo-chronographs of observation, processing and analysis of the received data with the aim of identifying the reasons for non-compliance with time standards, and making proposals for their elimination.
