We develop our own products, such as CRM-systems and IP-telephony, which are used by more than 100 organizations.

Main duties:

Candidate requirements:

• Basic understanding SQL and API.
• Ability to use CRM systems (eg Bitrix24, Salesforce) will an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of technical support.
• Availability of technical education or experience in IT is a big plus.
