The company "Nestle Ukraine" announces a competition for the position of JuniorCustomer Service Specialist in Kyiv.

Main duties:

1. Monthly calculation of necessary payments to customers:

• Conducting payments to customers,
• analysis.

2. Weekly collection, checking of balances in warehouses, distribution of information on available balances to the regions. 

3. Calculation of products for each QC in accordance with shipments.

4. Issuance of reports within the limits of responsibility for requests. 

5. Work with the assortment:

• Entering/removing products to/from the network,
• Rotating products, changing logistics data.

6. Preparation of relevant documents for customer accounts and payment control:

• Appendices to contracts and other accompanying documents (sales reports),
• Checking documents from customers (invoices, reports of work performed, etc.),
• Creating / adjusting data in the SAP system.

7. Drawing up specifications for customers in accordance with their requirements, preparing other logistics information:

• Deduction of the price for each KK according to the current assortment,
• Filling in special forms of Specifications for KK, their transfer to KK,
• Checking the prices in customer orders for their compliance with the prices in the system.

Basic requirements:

• From the 1st year in the field of sales analysis;
• Higher education;
• Proficiency in English;
• Advanced MS Office user;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Communicability;
• Excellent communication skills.
