Junior — Junior to Middle UX/UI Product Designer

We are looking for a Junior or Junior-to-Middle Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products, including software, web & mobile apps, and marketplaces. You will work closely with our design team and clients all over the globe to understand business and user needs; and create designs that meet those needs.

English: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2-C1)

What you’ll do:
▪️ Design user-friendly digital products from concept to launch
▪️ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing
▪️ Work hand-in-hand with Senior and Lead designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
▪️ Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, usability testing, and in-depth user interviews (based on project requirements)
▪️ Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all assets
▪️ Advocate for the end-user while balancing business needs

What we’re looking for:
▪️ 1+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio highlighting your best work
▪️ Proficient in Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes
▪️ Experience in designing for both web and mobile products with a focus on responsive layouts
▪️ Knowledge of UX principles and the ability to apply them in your designs
▪️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — builds strong professional relationships
