We are looking for a JS developer (business process configurator ) for the full complement of the team. Below is information about activities, processes and prospects for development with Kitsoft.

About projects:

• We are creating a BPMN platform - a system for building both simple and multi-level business processes. The flagship of this system is the "Action" project, which we implement for the Ministry of Digital
• October CMS - a content management system (CMS) built on the Laravel framework, designed for creating and managing websites (creating state portals).

What professional skills are important to us:

• At least 1 year of JS experience developer
• Participation in at least two successfully implemented projects
• Knowledge (HTML, CSS) - at the level of independent layout of application forms and formatting of text blocks in forms
• Knowledge ( JSON) - understanding the principles of information structuring and syntax
• Knowledge (JS) - to have the basic functions of working with strings, numbers, objects, arrays; ability to do simple calculations and use regular expressions

Is English required and at what level?

Desired level not lower than Pre-Intermediate (reading documentation)

Desired professional experience of the candidate:

• Understanding Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0)
• Understanding Handlebars syntax
• Experience with XML
• Understanding modern business analysis methods
• Work with specialized software (draw.io, Mindmap, etc.)
• Skills for working with Gitlab, Jira

What to do on the project:

• Creation and configuration of business processes on the BPMN platform using JSON, JS, HTML, CSS
• Communication with developers to improve existing processes and development of new functionality
• Research, analysis, description and modeling of business processes based on BPMN
• Description of business processes (how it works)
• Formation of requirements (how it should work)
• Participation in writing analytical and technical documentation for developers

• Is there a trial period and how long does it last? — 3 months
• What is the work schedule? — the schedule is flexible, depending on the team, from about 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., usually everyone works at that time. At the same time, we understand if you need to move the working hours, you just need to notify the team
• Is it possible to work remotely? — yes, we have a hybrid format, so you can mix work from the office and at home as you like.
• Number of vacation days? — 24 calendar days + company holidays
• Number of paid sick days per year? — 5 hospital days per year without a doctor's note. With the certificate, the number of days is not limited. But, of course, it is better not to get sick)

By process:

• Before the meeting, HR can discuss with you the key points that may be decisive for the next stages
• Is there a test task? - no
• How many stages of the interview and with whom? — the order may change, but usually we have 3 stages:
• Stage 1 — interview with HRG (duration up to 60 minutes — we check to what extent you and I agree on values ​​and the presence of the competencies we need in zoom or google meet).
• Stage 2 — technical interview with Lead Configurator, PM — we focus on standard, rather "objective" questions to understand the technical level of knowledge and familiarity with technologies. 
• Stage 3 is a test period of up to 5 working days in order to better understand the specifics of our work and to assess whether it is comfortable and interesting, whether it is possible to comply with the standards of our company. The test period is paid (for those who pass 100% of the test, and for those who are not suitable or who choose to complete it - 50%)
