We have a small autonomous team with all the benefits of a large company.We are looking for a person to join our second-level technical support team.Attention to detail, initiative, the ability, and desire to dive into the functionality and technical capabilities of the product—these are what you need to work with us.RequirementsFirst and foremost, we are looking for someone who fits our spirit, who, like us, will create and support an excellent product.A high level of self-management is very important to us: we don’t have a manager breathing down your neck, no one will give you a step-by-step instruction. You need to take initiative, make important decisions with the team, take responsibility, and independently solve problems.As an L2, you willCheck Slack and Jira in the morning.Depending on what’s there, plan your day.Read what the client wrote, understand what happened.Reproduce bugs, investigate root causes in the JS code, create tasks for L3.In case of an incident, participate, test, reproduce, check new complaints.Participate in preparing documentation, both internal and public.Here’s a small list of formal requirementsExcellent verbal and written English. A good B2 or C1 level.Understanding of HTML, JS, CSS.Bonus: experience with a database viewer, GTM, working in a bug tracker, and APM.Attention to detail, empathy towards customer problems.The ability and willingness to understand new products and tools. The main thing is to study the product and deeply understand its functionality and technical capabilities.Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Having a bank account and appropriate status for receiving currency transfers from the EU or the USA.If you don’t feel confident in something listed but our approach resonates with you, write to us—maybe we’ll figure something out.How we workInside the team, we have a very horizontal structure, with minimal management levels. Everyone is responsible for a significant portion of the work and contributes greatly to the product’s development.We need someone who, after some immersion in all the nuances of the system, will become as much a part of the horizontal system as we are.Half of the team speaks Russian, but meetings are in English.What we offerPermanent full-time remote work.
