Junior Java developer in QATestLab

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with over 20 years of experience providing quality control support to a wide range of industries from e-commerce, banking and healthcare to games, media and telecommunications. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile and cloud applications.

About the project:
We are developing our company's development team and we are currently actively looking for Java Developer at the Junior/Junior+ level. The position is open for office and remote work.

We expect you to:

• have 1+ years of Java development experience;

• know OOP;
• have solid knowledge of Java Core and basic knowledge of SQL;
• have a basic understanding of the operation of servlet containers (Tomcat, Undertow, etc.) + Java compatible servers;
• know the basics of Git.

It will be an advantage:

• knowledge of Java 11+;
• basic knowledge of JS/CSS/HTML;
• understanding of RESTful services;
• basic understanding of IoC/DI;
• Selenium, Playwright – basics;
• JPA 2.0 + Hibernate – basics;
• EJB 3 – basics;
• TestNG, JUnit;
• basic knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot or EJB3;
• understanding Dependency Injection;
• RabbitMQ basics;
• Maven or Gradle.

In to our team, you will:

• engage in Backend development for the corporate portal and chatbot;
• participate in the development of application modules for the corporate portal;
• maintain and update the core of the platform (over time);
• write and maintain autotests on Selenium or Playwright;
• work in a development team using the SCRUM methodology.
