Weare looking for a Junior ITSupport Specialist tojoin our team. Responsibilities: Provide ITassistance tothe office team for their daily needs. Address and resolveIT issues for recruiters. Prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact ofissues. Documenting problems and resolutions. Daily tasks monitoring. Monitor theHW andSW markets ofUkraine and Abroad (ifneeded) for usage, price, and quality requirements. Research the availability ofrequired equipment (ondemand) onthe local market ofanemployee orcompany’s location. Assist with configuring accounts and workstations. Maintain office technical equipment. Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations ofhardware and software. Educate coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage. Maintain and optimize subcontractor`s company laptops (ondemand). Participate inmanaging inventory, budgeting, and procurement ofcomputer and office equipment, including hardware, software, and licenses. Requirements: Technical must experience: Adegree incomputer science orarelated field ispreferable. Proven 1+years ofexperience asanITSupport Specialist. Proven experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Windows OSand MacOS. Proven experience with installation and configuration ofWindowsOS (atleast) and MacOS Soft must experience: Upper-Intermediate English orhigher. Good communication ability, both written and verbal. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational, and documentation skills Independent problem-solving and adaptability. Ability tomanage multiple tasks. Attention todetail and proactive learning. Taking ownership ofwhat youdo. English: Upper-Intermediate.
