We are changing the industry by producing the first innovative EVA car mats with modern technology in Poland and the EU. For 4 years, we have been improving the lives and comfort of both drivers and passengers by operating in the B2C space (own e-commerce). The company's strategy is to enter foreign markets with sales in 10+ countries, in Poland our products have already won the hearts of customers [NPS > 86%]. ✅We will be a great match if: You are fluent in English [B2-C1] You know Ukrainian/Russian at least C1 level You like working with people and you have high interpersonal skills You want to work on an independent position An analytical approach is standard for you You have basic knowledge of the operation of CRM, CMS e-commerce, and product management systems. You have the ability to properly prioritize tasks. You are willing to learn and want to take the initiative in proposing your own solutions. You know how to work for results in accordance with the deadlines. You are extremely curious about the world and always ready for development! The position does not require programming skills!!! We also do not offer development opportunities in direct PROGRAMMING (code writing)!!!! What we offer: salary: PLN 4,500-5,000 net (depending on the type of contract), remote work [100% remote] We do not require experience in this position, but the willingness to develop. A really young and ambitious team (average age of the team - 29 years) A product that you will be proud of (NPS index > 86%) A very interesting and effective implementation process, Company products for your own testing] Work computer (Windows) Responsibilities: accepting and solving requests from the team (if the request requires support from developers - forwarding the request to the developers); Support for the stable operation of all company systems (e.g. CMS, CRM, VoIP, physical devices, VPS, CloudFlare, 1Password); Operation/configuration of all company devices; Managing the product catalog in the CMS system, as well as adding new products; Constant communication and cooperation with other companies providing us with services/systems (e.g. hosting, CRM, VoIP); After onboarding, you will quickly become an expert in your role and gain a unique advantagey insight into many processes.
