Who are we looking for?

• Minimum secondary education in a technical field, preferably IT
• Knowledge of issues related to the operation of computer networks
• Knowledge of MS Windows, Mac OS client systems: configuration, application installation, problem diagnosis, connectivity with AD directory services
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office office suite (2016/2019, Office 365)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Very good skills communication
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to deepen knowledge and ability to learn
• Readiness to work in shifts and be on call
• Knowledge of English sufficient to use documentation

Welcome

• Experience in a similar position or in customer service, preferably in the field of IT support
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server server systems
• Knowledge of the vSphere, Xen virtualization environment
• Knowledge of issues related to virtualization
• Driving license category. B
