A prestigious Czech law firm is looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join its team. What you will do in this position: Installation, configuration, management, updating and upgrading of system and software equipment 1st level support for ČJ and AJ users speaking locally and remotely from our office Creating manuals for users Creating and updating IT documentation, keeping HW & SW recordsWorking with Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange, Office, Sharepoint, Windows 10/11, Project) and others such as: ASPI, Helios, Pohoda, M-Files, Mailstore, MOVEit or Sophos Part-time - 3 days a week We require: Education in the IT field Active knowledge of Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange, Office, Sharepoint, Windows 10/11, Project), experience with other products such as: ASPI, Helios, M-Files, Pohoda, Mailstore, MOVEit or Sophos welcome General technical overview in IT technologies and network basics Experience in the field can be an advantage Knowledge of AJ at B2 level (or higher), ability to provide support over the phone Professional and pleasant communication and demeanor, ability to communicate complex things in simple language Willingness and a proactive approach to solving situations, reliability and punctuality We offer: Background of a major company Pleasant working environment in the center of Prague Interesting salary and benefits (Multisport card, language courses, 5 weeks of vacation, meal vouchers) Cooperation by agreement or ID number
