Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic recruiting processes and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of candidate search and acquisition tools.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Use various sourcing methods (bulletin boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract diverse and qualified candidates .
• Coordinate candidates in the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and informing candidates of the status of their application.
• Offer jobs and negotiate terms in accordance with company policy and candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Candidate Management System (ATS).
• Provide daily and weekly results reports to effectively achieve recruiting goals.
