⭐️ Requirements
- Previous experience in sourcing / recruiting or a successfully passed education in this field
- Experience working at a tech-driven business (software development agency or IT outsourcing company) will be a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English ( B2 level and higher)
- Great understanding of sourcing approaches across different platforms
- Ability to create, enact and adapt sourcing strategies according to the needs of the company
- Experience working with sourcing and recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, etc (LinkedIn, Lever and SalesQL are our golden trio).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with previous cases in your experience to reflect them
- Volunteering experience in organizations, student associations, NGO’s and so on will be a plus

💼 Responsibilities
- Candidates :
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, use professional networks, social media platforms, and job boards, to identify potential candidates who match the role
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand the specific criteria for each position
- Research and analyse information about the roles,salary and recruiting trends
- Create sourcing strategies and execute them to achieve results
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs
- Support coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
