Junior IT Recruiter

Main duties:

• Searching for candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conducting shortscreening interviews.
• Participation in updating and maintaining the candidate database.
• If necessary, help with the preparation of documents.
   

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the IT field.
  Understanding the main IT areas (Frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills - it is easy to find a common language with people, the ability to listen and formulate opinions.
• Attention, responsibility and desire to learn

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the English language reading profiles and basic correspondence.
• Knowledge of Zoho Recruit platform or similar candidate management systems.
