MEGAVAST is an international IT product company that has been developing software for over 9 years. Our offices are located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Israel, and Cyprus. Due to the expansion of our team in Kyiv, we are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for those who wish to gain experience in IT or further develop as a Project Manager. The position requires working from the office during the adaptation period. The office is located right next to the “Olimpiiska” metro station.

Key Responsibilities:

— Assist in defining and understanding project goals.

— Plan timelines for different project stages and track important deadlines and priority tasks.

— Work with tools for project planning and organization. Track changes in project requirements, communicate with all participants to ensure timely completion of tasks.

— Organize effective team communication regarding project status and regularly update on progress.

— Discuss project successes and problematic aspects.

— Maintain a positive working atmosphere within the team.

— Assist in decision-making in case of problems, especially in stressful situations, to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

— Experience as a IT project manager is a plus.

— Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).

— Ability to work with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).

— Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

— Self-learning ability and a desire to develop in project management.

— Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

— Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.

— Completed higher education.

— Knowledge of English at least at the Intermediate level for team communication.
