Control the calendar of the CEO and the team: plan meetings, coordinate timings, monitor the workload and logic of the work schedule.
Systematically update “Project passports” in Notion: add new materials, assets, changes in the project and keep all information structured and up-to-date.
Work together with the operations manager: create tables, regulations, checklists and other operational documents in a clean and corporate-styled form.
Maintain evening communication with the CEO: collect project updates, record team progress, synchronize tasks for the next day.
Cooperate with the sales manager: help in forming estimates, timings and creating Gantt charts for work planning.
Will be a plus:
English at a level sufficient for communication with clients.
