Patients are always grateful for the individual selection of a donor with artificial intelligence matching and an incredibly high-quality wide selection of instantly available material. Our wishes for the candidate:Little experience or even a first job. Good to have PM courses completed. Would be a plus: experience with Jira, and some knowledge in medicine. What your tasks will include:- Support Project Manager and the CTO by scheduling meetings and helping with project coordination tasks.- Track Budget and Milestones: Help monitor project expenses and track progress towards milestones.- Communicate with Partners: Assist in communication with external partners to ensure project requirements are understood.- Assist with Risk Analysis: Help identify project risks and support in developing mitigation strategies.- Document Project Activities: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting notes and status reports.- Support Quality Assurance: Assist in quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet standards.- Engage with Stakeholders: Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide updates on project progress.- Learn and Improve Processes: Continuously learn and contribute ideas for improving project management processes.Working hours: Mon-Fri 09.00 -18.00 (with 1 hour of lunch)Hybrid format.
