Junior IT project coordinator in Ovogene

The international company Ovogene is looking for a Junior IT project coordinator

Our wishes for the candidate:
Little experience or even a first job. 
Good to have PM courses completed. 
Would be a plus: experience with Jira, and some knowledge in medicine.

What your tasks will include:
- Support Project Manager and the CTO by scheduling meetings and helping with project coordination tasks.
- Track Budget and Milestones: Help monitor project expenses and track progress towards milestones.
- Communicate with Partners: Assist in communication with external partners to ensure project requirements are understood.
- Assist with Risk Analysis: Help identify project risks and support in developing mitigation strategies.
- Document Project Activities: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting notes and status reports.
- Support Quality Assurance: Assist in quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Learn and Improve Processes: Continuously learn and contribute ideas for improving project management processes.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 09.00 -18.00 (with 1 hour of lunch)Hybrid format. Location - 2b Gaydamatska Street
