Your way to the team:

We do not conduct interview stages, because we value both your time and ours.
Usually the process consists of two stages: first we get to know each other, and then there will be a technical interview conducted by HR and the head of the department.

Your area of responsibility in this position:

• Creation, configuration and maintenance of user accounts (Microsoft 365, Active Directory).

• Configuration and preparation of IT equipment for new and current employees (Windows, macOS).

• Modular repair of IT equipment or organization of transfer of equipment to the service center.

• Installation, update and basic administration of software support.

• User support: help with daily technical issues.

• Working with the command line for basic technical tasks.

• Interaction with other departments to ensure the stable operation of the IT infrastructure.

Your adaptation will consist of:
• Getting to know the team and colleagues;
• Acquaintance with work processes and procedures;
• Successful completion of the Onboarding course.

We welcome you if you:

• Haveor initial practical experience with Windows and macOS.

• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, understand basic IT processes.

• Have interest or basic knowledge in AI tools.

• Able to explain technical things in simple and understandable terms in words.

• Responsible, punctual and attentive to details.

• Ready to learn, develop in IT and work with users.
