Junior IT Engineer 24/7 in Infopulse / Infopuls

Infopulse welcomes a talented professional to join our team as a Junior IT Engineer (24/7) for remote cooperation.

Areas of Responsibility 

• Communication with European customers (phone, email, IM)
• Handling and dispatching of ITSM tickets
• Remote user support 
• Infrastructure monitoring and reaction according to the documentation 
• Solution of incidents in the IT area: basic troubleshooting performance and event correction according to the defined procedures 
• Prioritization and escalation of incidents (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician 
• Operation in shifts for 24/7 customer support 

Qualifications 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS 
• Basic experience with Active Directory 
• Basic knowledge of ITIL or alternative frameworks 
• Experience of operating in a ticketing system like JIRA 
• Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
