Infopulse welcomes a talented professional to join our team as a Junior IT Engineer (24/7) for remote cooperation.
Areas of Responsibility
- Communication with European customers (phone, email, IM)
- Handling and dispatching of ITSM tickets
- Remote user support
- Infrastructure monitoring and reaction according to the documentation
- Solution of incidents in the IT area: basic troubleshooting performance and event correction according to the defined procedures
- Prioritization and escalation of incidents (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician
- Operation in shifts for 24/7 customer support
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
- Basic experience with Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of ITIL or alternative frameworks
- Experience of operating in a ticketing system like JIRA
- Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
