We invite an energetic and proactive Junior QA Engineer with experience in manual testing to join our office-based team in Wroclaw. You’ll work with a leading Point of Sale solution provider with over 100,000 global installations, ensuring top-notch software quality. Your contributions will help our client deliver seamless and flawless experiences to a vast network of businesses and thousands of end users.

✅ Is that you?

• 6+ months of software testing experience, especially with mobile applications
• Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Google Sheets and web-based application structure
• Good understanding of testing theory and methodology; familiarity with SDLC/STLC
• Knowledge of the bug life cycle and types; ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with Jira
• Intermediate+ English level
• Proactivity, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Agile practices (Kanban)
• Basic knowledge of RESTful API testing

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

As a Manual QA Engineer, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough testing, providing valuable insights to the team, and actively contributing to the overall success of projects.

• Perform UI and functional testing of new features
• Conduct testing of hardware components in the lab and carry out backlog testing
• Report bugs and errors to the development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality throughout the SDLC
• Review requirements and create test-related documentation
• Execute, maintain, and update testing documentation
